Polyester and performance fabrics deserve extra attention because heat sensitivity and dye migration can affect results. If edges lift after peeling, let the transfer cool longer when using a warm or cold-peel product. If the design looks dull after application, confirm that the finishing press is being performed as directed and that the transfer was not overheated. Excessive heat can affect color and adhesive performance, particularly on heat-sensitive materials.

For production teams, consistency comes from documenting the recipe.
